Edie Campbell graces the cover of i-D

British-born model-of-the-moment Edie Campbell fronts the latest issue of UK’s famous i-D magazine. The bimonthly publication, although known for releasing multiple covers per edition, will only discharge a single cover for its pre-Spring 2014 number of the magazine.

Campbell’s countryman, fashion photographer Alasdair McLellan captures the young short-haired Londoner in a black and white portrait, which includes a subtitle that reads “There are no rules.” Rather than giving the lens the traditional wink i-D is well known for, Campbell instead appears rubbing her right eye while donned in a mini tube top. The sole cover and the model’s unconventional pose makes the publication’s caption make all the more sense.
