Cara Delevingne steps out in statement top and denim cut-offs

Cara Delevingne is known for her whimsical personality, and the British model-of-the-moment made sure to flaunt it with a comical statement top as she hit the streets of New York City with a pal on Wednesday afternoon (August 27th).

The recently-turned twenty-two year old charmer, who was just named this year’s third highest-paid British mannequin (sixth overall) by Forbes Magazine behind Jourdan Dunn (fifth) and Kate Moss (third), was seen rocking a sleeveless black top by Jac Vanek which read “I’m sorry for what I said when I was hungry” and a pair of blue cut-off denim hotpants as she made her way along the Big Apple’s Soho neighborhood.

Delevingne added a touch of high fashion to her casual ensemble by sporting some white tennis shoes by Parisian luxury fashion house Chanel. The blonde Londoner, who is said said to be in talks to land an acting gig in the sequel to the 2001 comedy Zoolander, completed the look with a set of peculiar yet chic mirrored sunglasses and a black leather backpack.
