Burberry Appoints Charlotte Baldwin as Chief Information Officer
British luxury fashion house Burberry has announced the appointment of Charlotte Baldwin as its Chief Information Officer.
She will begin her new role at the end of March 2025 and will report to Burberry CEO Joshua Schulman and also join the Executive Committee. With a wealth of expertise in the realm of technology and digital strategy, Baldwin will be responsible for leading Burberry’s global technology team and its technology initiatives.
Prior to her appointment at Burberry, she served as the Global Chief Digital and Information Officer at Costa Coffee, overseeing the company’s technology, digital and data organization. Before that she was Chief Information, Digital and Transformation Officer, at Bupa Insurance, and has also held key leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Pearson, and Thomson Reuters.
