H&M Home unveils collaboration with Kelly Wearstler at Milan Design Week

Swedish global homeware giant H&M Home has unveiled a collection in collaboration with acclaimed American interior designer Kelly Wearstler.
Reimagining furniture as an evolving, modular system where design shifts, expands, and interacts with its surroundings, blending material, form, and space, the collection marks a bold evolution for the brand.
The collection was presented during Milan Design Week, with an installation produced by the acclaimed Studio Boum. Hosted at Palazzo Acerbi – a near-mythic 17th-century Baroque palace, that juxtaposes it’s bold contemporary aesthetic, it comprises of a curated selection of 9 key objects and furniture.
Details of the Kelly Wearstler x H&M Home Collection
Courtyard: The installation begins with a sculptural cluster of Noxen stools set against sweeping ochre curtains, softening the Palazzo’s stone edges and blurring the line between furniture and architecture.
Palazzo Entrance: The threshold offers a distilled sensory encounter, featuring the Emera lamp reimagined at a monumental floor-scale. Its rhythmic repetition guides guests deeper into the experience.
Dining: Against raw, historic walls of the Palazzo, Noxen chairs are elevated on silver mirrored plinths. This creates a dialogue between the permanent and the fluid, where contemporary forms meet storied architecture.
Music: An introspective moment where Aurex lamps are staged like relics within twin shutter-box cabanas. Shifting light projections and immersive soundscapes create a living, cinematic atmosphere.
Lounge: Soluna and Poma chairs are stacked vertically against striped walls, pushing comfort to a sculptural extreme. These key pieces create a rhythmic volume that challenges the boundary between function and art.
Floral: The Curva vase stands as a protagonist amidst illustrative vintage floral wallpapers and bronze mirrors. Fully fitted carpets and live blooms deepen the tactile, layered dialogue of the space.
Dressing: The final reveal features the high-gloss red Mona clothing rack. Set against soft floral wallpaper and plush textures, the room evokes an intimate, dreamlike closet where garment bags hint at a hidden narrative.
Reading: A circular configuration of Five Avern armchairs arranged alongside the Ortra sofa table and CURVA vase. Anchored by a textured rug, it offers a warm, domestic setting for reflection and conversation.
The entire atmosphere is bound by a custom scent created by Kelly Wearstler for Side Hustle. Notes of orange flower, Japanese quince, and Palo Santo provide a final, immersive olfactory layer.
‘This collaboration with Kelly Wearstler is about exploring how design can shape the way we live, through pieces that are both expressive and adaptable. Through the installation at Milan Design Week, we are expanding our design universe and offering new ways to experience H&M HOME. Presenting the collection at Palazzo Acerbi allows us to translate these ideas into a physical environment that invites people to connect with the collection on a deeper level,’ Evelina Kravaev-Soderberg, H&M HOME Head of Design & Creative stated in a press release.
‘This is my Milan Design Week debut, and H&M HOME is the perfect partner. Their global presence and genius for storytelling align perfectly with my vision. Bringing this collection to life in Milan and showing people how the pieces come alive in a real space – that’s what excites me,’ added Kelly Wearstler.
The Kelly Wearstler H&M Home full 29-piece collection will be available from 3 September 2026 in select stores and online at hm.com/home.
