Miu Miu launches Upcycled 2026 Collection with Campaign featuring Suki Waterhouse

Italian women’s clothing brand Miu Miu has launched its Upcycled 2026 Collection with a campaign featuring English actress, singer, and model Suki Waterhouse.

An homage to Miu Miu’s own archive, the collection is a conversation between the past and the present – reinforcing Miu Miu’s connection to vintage clothing and its commitment to breathing life into garments once worn and loved by others.

The selection of garments were sourced, in limited numbers, from experts in vintage clothing across the world. Each piece was carefully restored, and refashioned- trousers rebuilt into jackets, bustiers and skirts, Shirts into dresses and apron tops, Sleeves are slashed, with pockets patched and finished with ribbons and bows, buttons removed and replaced while utilitarian surfaces are printed and embroidered with crystal flowers.

The collection opens with a classic white cotton shirt and a pair of khaki cotton canvas chinos. Beloved for their perfect fusion of form and function, sophistication and ease, the two pieces both exemplify a juxtaposition at the heart of the Miu Miu universe. Beyond ready-to-wear, the collection introduces custom-tailored khaki backpacks, printed, embroidered with leather trims, alongside the brand’s popular ‘Plume’ sneakers customized with vintage-inspired lace finishes and charms.

The accompanying campaign was photographed by Alasdair McLellan with art direction by Christopher Simmonds and styling by Lotta Volkova. Styled with selected pieces from Spring/Summer 26 collection, Waterhouse appears in minimalist studio portraits set against predominantly flat backdrops of signature olive and Miu Miu blue, stripping away distractions to emphasize craftsmanship and texture.
