OTB Group completes Acquisition of Viktor&Rolf
International fashion and luxury group OTB has announced its complete acquisition of Viktor&Rolf, the avant-garde Haute Couture Maison founded in 1993 by designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for OTB who first acquired a majority stake of (51 percent) in the brand in 2008, then later expanded that share to 70 percent in 2019. Through the course of nearly 2 decades OTB Group supported the growth and international consolidation of the Maison through creative continuity and a shared strategic vision. The exact financial numbers of the 30 percent buyout have not been publicly disclosed.

The development also follows last years agreement, which reconfirmed Horsting and Snoeren as creative directors of the Maison for another five years. They will continue to lead the brand’s creative, artistic and strategic development aimed at further supporting the Maison’s evolution within the international luxury landscape.
Viktor&Rolf now sits alongside other prominent creative fashion labels owned by the OTB Group, including Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, and Marni.
