Tyra Banks is selling her Beverly Hills mansion
Supermodel turned businesswoman Tyra Banks has put her Beverley Hills property on the market for $7.75 million.
The 1926 Spanish Colonial-style home is in an area known as Beverly Hills Post Office and measures about 6,000 square feet. It contains a library, a sun room, a formal dining room, a gym, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two partial baths.
The America’s Next Top Model had purchased it in 2004 for $3.085 million, according to public records. She then spent approximately $2 million renovating it over the past decade.
Banks who has been a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl and a Victoria’s Secret model, owns another property in the L.A. area and New York is selling because she has found another property in Malibu Hills.
