Gigi Hadid lands her first American Vogue cover
Gigi Hadid is cover star of the August issue of American Vogue.
Marking her first time on the cover of the fashion glossy, the 29-year-old was accompanied by Olympic decathlete, Ashton Eaton. Shot by star photographer Mario Testino, Hadid wears a long-sleeved Versace Dress in Black, Blue and White, while Eaton sports a Team USA Nike uniform.
Taking to Instagram to share the news Hadid wrote; ‘An ultimate dream come true, I am beyond humbled. Shooting my first American @voguemagazine cover, in my hometown, was so surreal.’
In addition to the Olympics-themed editorial, Hadid and Eaton also appear in a behind the scenes video on set in Santa Barbara, with Mario Testino and Tonne Goodman in which Gigi’s mom Yolander Foster makes a surprise visit.
