Lara Stone designs Capsule Collection for Frame
Lara Stone has designed a Capsule Collection of for US Denim Label Frame.
Titled ‘Livid Lara’ the exclusive nine-piece casual denim and streetwear collection combines the Dutch Orange with urban chic. Drawing inspiration from pieces that were already hanging in her wardrobe, Stone combined minimalist street styles with subtle allusions to the national color of her home in The Netherlands.
The collection comprises of stone-wash skinny jeans, hoodies, bomber jackets, mini skirts and sweatshirts. Theres also an olive bomber with her name embroidered on it and a large number 10 reminiscent of football jerseys.
‘I’ve had so much fun working with Erik and Jens over the years, and am so thrilled that a casual behind the scenes conversation about a capsule for FRAME, quickly escalated,’ Stone said in a statement about the cooperation with the frame founders Erik Torstensson and Jens Grede, for whom she has already modeled in several campaigns.‘I feel the collection is the perfect blend of irreverent cool and subtle patriotism to my Dutch roots!’
The Capsule Collection from Lara Stone is now available at the Los Angeles Los Angeles store, at Selfridges and on the frame website.
