Lanvin Group Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Global luxury fashion conglomerate Lanvin Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Xi Luo as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, effective June 1, 2026.

His deep experience across finance, investment and capital markets, combined with his global perspective, will further strengthen our organization and help advance the Group’s long-term strategic priorities,’ Mr. Zhen Huang, Chairman of Lanvin Group stated in a press release.

In his new role, Luo will oversee the Company’s financial affairs, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, financial management, treasury, investment and financing projects, and investor relations.
With over two decades of experience spanning finance, investment, and capital markets, he brings a wealth of global expertise. A Chartered Accountant (ACA), with a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Manchester, Luo began his career at KPMG, handling audits, financial due diligence, and cross-border transactions across the UK, China, and the United States. He spearheaded financial operations, investor relations, and investment strategies in senior leadership roles at major firms like Shiheng, We Doctor, and Alibaba Group’s Cainiao Network. In 2021, he joined Fosun Capital and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer managing financing, capital management, and investment exits.
Luo succeeds Executive President Andy Lew who temporarily took over financial operations as the interim CFO following Jiyang Han stepping down in May. Lew will cease serving as interim Chief Financial Officer and will continue to serve as Executive President of the Company, and will retain all other positions and responsibilities held within the Company and its subsidiaries.
