Adriana Lima belts it out to lose that weight



It takes hard work and a grueling exercise regime to get back in shape after having a baby and Victoria’s Secret “angel” reveals it is no different for her. Blessed with those super “genes” Adriana Lima still has to put in those hours of strenuous exercise just like the rest of us.


In a new interview on Entertainment Tonight, Adriana revealed how she got back into fighting shape just eight weeks after giving birth to her second child and was ready to flaunt her curves at the Victoria’s Secret annual show. The brunette beauty worked out with her trainer, Michael Oladjide, who is the co-founder of the Aerospace fitness studio in New York. She said, “The doctor gave me the okay about three weeks after I gave birth and literally two days after that I started working out — every single day, two times a day, until the night before the show.” Her trainer, former professional boxer, Michael Olajide said that he was awed by her dedication to working out and her desire to get back into shape. “Adriana has the mind of a fighter. She’s extremely competitive, she always likes to be at the best of her game. So I don’t feel that it’s a challenge for me at all, I put the challenge out there and she always accepts it.”

Those curves don’t just fall from heaven folks, even if she’s an “angel.” Adriana works hard to look the way she does and as they say, “no pain, no gain” and she’s living proof that it works.
