Move over Bella Hadid, there’s a new model who’s poised to take the fashion world by storm. Emma Ferrer, Granddaughter of legendary actress Audrey Hepburn has just been signed with Storm Model Management, the London-based agency that launched Kate Moss, as well as the likes of Cara Delevingne and Cindy Crawford.

Ferrer caused quite a sensation when she made her modelling debut in August’s issue of Harper’s Bazaar. The 20 year old is an art student at Florence Academy of Art and former ballerina. She is set to hit the runway soon and will relocate from Italy to New York city in January according to The Telegraph. She wont be giving up her studies and insists her passion for art will always be more important, “I am devoted to art, painting, and entering into the world of aesthetics as a whole,” she tells The Telegraph.

Storm Models had this to say about the budding supermodel; “Emma is at heart an artist but she is also interested in developing her profile within the worlds of fashion and beauty – as well as art. She has an international appeal, great style credentials and is a charming and modern young woman. We will be working with Emma in the UK, Europe and the US to help her develop these interests, and to strategically build prestigious partnerships with key brands. In addition Emma is keen to build on the work of her father and grandmother and lend support to various philanthropic organisations.”

Although she has no prior catwalk experience, Ferrer sat on the front row for a handful of shows during the latest Paris Fashion Week which gave her a crash course into the business. With the success of her September Harper’s Bazaar cover and the sudden influx of public interest in her (due to her relationship to Audrey), the fashion scion is sure to make waves as she takes to the catwalk soon.

Congratulations to Emma Ferrer, we look forward to seeing more from this Fashion Progeny in 2015.
