Famed fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh has released a stunning new book titled Images of Women II: 2005-2014. Its a follow up to his acclaimed 1997 publication Images of Women, which was filled with black-and-white portraits of some of the world’s most beautiful—from Veruschka to Kate Moss.

Having shot so many beautiful women in the course of his 40 year career, Lindbergh features an entirely fresh batch of faces this time, newer subjects (Michelle Williams and Cara Delevingine)and also women he has shot before (Mariacarla Boscono, Amber Valletta). The iconic photographer captured Cara in a seductive black and white fashion spread which appeared in the April 2013 issue of Interview Magazine.

The high-contrast, soft focus black-and-white styled images which is his trademark are groundbreaking. While he has shot for several esteemed magazines including the New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar and Rolling Stone, Lindbergh (who is 70 and still at work) shows no signs of slowing down with this new collection that makes his portfolio up to date. The book contains 161 images in total, and was released in January this year. It is available for preview at W magazine.
