In a touching fashion editorial Harper’s Bazaar Serbia pays tribute to Prince, the late ‘Purple Rain’ icon.

While the magazine is the first fashion publication of its kind to pay homage, Chanel Iman is also the first model to do so.

Lensed by Joshua Jordan and with art direction by Christopher Sollinger, the 25 year old model recreates the album cover 1984 ‘Purple Rain’ posing atop a motorcycle in an oversized fur coat with Prince’s signature hairstyle.

Shot at Electric Lady Studios, the series of covers has Iman channeling some of Prince’s most iconic looks, ranging from his signature tousled curls and headband, jackets sans shirts underneath to Victorian-inspired outfits.
