Chiara Ferragni launches online store


Fashion blogger and lifestyle guru Chiara Ferragni has turned her successful website ‘The Blonde Salad’ into an online store.

The 29-year-old who lives in Los Angeles, launched on September 6 that offers more than 40 brands and her own fashion line Chiara Ferragni Collection. The portal also offers exclusive limited edition products created in partnership with Giuseppe Zanotti, LNA and Delfina Delettrez, and emerging designers such as Alameda Turquesa and Hannah Beth Fincham.

‘What you buy on The Blonde Salad is a treat for people who love the website, she told Business Of Fashion. ‘We wanted to do something very special and specific.’

Ferragni founded The Blonde Salad in 2009 as a personal blog with her then boyfriend Riccardo Pozzoli. Over the past seven years it has become the basis of a solid Italian entrepreneurial reality aimed at an international audience. With an average of 500,000 unique visitors each month, it employs more than 20 employees. Earlier this year, Ferragni was tapped by Amazon Fashion as its European ambassador and the face of its spring 2016 campaign.
