Coach x Selena Gomez Collection Is Finally Here
Coach has teamed up with Selena Gomez for a ready-to-wear collection.
The collection which is an ode to the New York of the seventies was designed with Coach’s artistic director Stuart Vevers. It consists of pastel-colored retro style hoodies, jogging pants, bags, and accessories: Belt Bag ($195), Lace Detail Skirt ($295), Bunny Sweatshirt ($250), Leather Jacket with Faux Fur ($1095) and an iPhone X Case ($50).
On each piece the phrase ‘Not perfect. Always me.’ can be found in Gomez’s handwriting. Gomez also starred in the campaign images which were shot by Steven Meisel.
‘I am so excited to be working with Coach again,’ Selena stated in a press release. ‘Getting to create my own collection with Stuart has been such a fun process, and I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have been working on over the past several months.’
‘I love working with Selena because she brings her strong point of view to the design process,’ Vevers said. ‘I wanted all of the pieces to reflect her style and her charm – and to feel effortless.’
The partnership is the second collaboration for Gomez with Coach. After becoming a spokesperson for the label in 2016, she released a line of handbags and leather goods last year.
