Italian fashion house Moschino has released a capsule collection inspired by The Sims, the immensely popular life simulation game that allows one to create virtual people, design homes and be in control of one’s lives.

The collection consists of ready-to-wear pieces, swimwear, and Plumbob accessories that have been re-imagined with signature Moschino motifs such as the teddy bear and retro chains. For the collections’ ad campaign Jeremy Scott creative director of the Italian fashion house tapped Victoria’s Secret model Stella Maxwell, Aiden Curtiss and Denek K who were morphed into Sims characters.

‘I love the idea of being able to imagine, design and bring to life a world of individual personas with The Sims universe. That concept emulates what I get to do for each collection at Moschino as I create a fantasy universe of spectacular storylines and characters,’ Scott said in a statement.

Known for being inspired by mass media Scott previously released a Jackie Kennedy / alien collection, Barbie, McDonald’s, SpongeBob as well as an H&M entirely devoted to street culture and Disney characters.

The Moschino x The Sims collection is available now in all Moschino stores and online via the brands’ website.
