Italian fashion house Miu Miu has released the campaign for its Autumn/Winter 2020/21 collection.

The opulent images were lensed by Eileen Jordan at Oettingen Castle the Baroque palace in Bayern, Germany which is privately owned by the House of Oettingen-Spielberg. The retro styled shots feature Marlies Pia Pfeifhofer and Cleopatra Hereditary Princess zu Oettingen-Spielberg sporting looks from the new collection against the backdrop of the venerable rooms of the princely residence. Filled with decorative items, carpets, paintings, the palace was built between 1679 and 1687 has a number of magnificent salons with furniture, and a large ballroom.

‘Living in historical buildings brings its own challenges: Long walks, many steps and cold hallways in winter are part of it. And yet it is a great pleasure for me to live in this historic property, because the charm that these houses exude is something very special. Most of all, I enjoy letting my style flow into renovations and my passion for interior design,’ Oettingen-Spielberg told Vogue.
